Sea Thrust Engines Return Policy
At Sea Thrust Engines, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear, fair, and transparent return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and parts.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Engines or parts that have been used, installed, or modified.
Electrical components (e.g., ECUs, sensors) that have been opened or tested.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Custom-built or special-order items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship the item to the return address provided, including the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Notify you via email of the status of your return.
If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
Items that arrived damaged or defective.
Wrong products shipped.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
7. Warranty Returns
If your Sea Thrust Engine or part is defective and covered under warranty, please visit our Warranty Policy Page or contact us directly. Warranty-related returns require separate approval and documentation.
8. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (especially on engines or large mechanical parts). This will be deducted from your refund amount.
9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
All return shipping charges.
Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the return.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
Take photos of the damage immediately.
Refuse delivery if possible, or notify the carrier upon receipt.
Contact our customer support within 48 hours to file a claim.
