1. Warranty Coverage

Sea Thrust Engines (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that its outboard engines and components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

2. What This Warranty Covers

  • Engine block and internal components

  • Manufacturer-installed parts and accessories

  • Factory assembly defects

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:
❌ Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Corrosion from saltwater or environmental exposure
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
❌ Use of non-genuine Sea Thrust parts/fluids
❌ Commercial/marine rental use
❌ Acts of God (floods, fires, storms, etc.)

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim:

  1. Contact Sea Thrust Engines at info@seathrustengines.com

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (dated receipt)

    • Product serial number

    • Description of defect

    • Photos/video if requested

  3. If approved, we will either:

    • Repair the product

    • Replace the product

    • Refund at our discretion

5. Limitations & Exclusions

  • This is the sole warranty; all other express/implied warranties (including merchantability) are disclaimed

  • Company’s maximum liability is limited to product purchase price

  • Warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners

  • Some states don’t allow limitations on implied warranties, so these may not apply to you

6. Warranty Service Options

Approved repairs may be performed:

  • At an authorized Sea Thrust service center

  • By our mobile service team (where available)

  • Via prepaid shipment to our facility
